The CCK endeavors to reach out to communities where social infrastructure is lacking. We support specifically targeted disadvantaged groups to help them lead a self-reliant life by focusing on building up welfare infrastructure. This is done through:     Support of Basic Needs Emergency relief kits for disaster victims / Providing microloans to low-income families / Providing winter-kimchi to low-income families   Networking Support of community networking   Education Empowering programs for social workers / Consciousness raising, P.R. and research of community welfare   Support for welfare-build-spots Help provide vehicles for welfare agencies with financial shortages / Laundry services for low-income families / Provide T.V. sets to needy families / Night and weekend welfare service center   Support for social minorities Self-supporting programs for the homeless / Outreach counseling and emergency shelters for the homeless / Resettlement programs for North Korean refugees/Counseling programs for the families of violence victims
