It not only helps people through times of crisis, but builds a positive future for our community by preventing problems before they occur.     Seesaw and Swing (SB7) "Success by 7-Seesaw and Swing Project" offers combined services for children from low-income families under age 7 to ensure their mental, emotional and social well-being, human understanding and physical health. It aims to make a substantial and sustainable difference to each family as well as their infants and children through case management and community impacts, so that children are ready to go to school.   Happiness Plus Project of Farming and Fishing Communities "Happiness Plus Project of Farming and Fishing Communities" aims to build small but multipurpose center for social welfare in farming and fishing communities that have poor welfare infrastructure. It is to provide customized services such as basic living, medical care, emotional counseling and others to seniors from low-income families. It also offers bathing and laundry services to seniors who are having difficulties by direct visits using specially equipped vehicles.
