| The CCK endeavors to reach out to communities where social infrastructure is lacking. Support specifically targets disadvantaged groups to enable them to lead a self-reliant life by focusing on building up welfare infrastructure. This is done through: |
- Meals on wheels services
- medical support and home-country visits for migrant workers
- fuel support for small charities
- Aid to North Korean children
- Emergency relief for disaster-afflicted areas
